My name is Nigel and I own and operate Dogzilla and Cat Cong LLC. I am fully insured, bonded, and certified in Pet CPR and First Aid. I'm committed to keeping the animals in my care safe while having a great time. I strive to make your pets' days more fulfilling and make that glorious moment when you return home feel like it came that much sooner. I am in an endless pursuit to further my knowledge and professional development by keeping up with industry literature and educational opportunities. I grew up in the Catskills, but I've called New York City home for the last several years. I currently live in Ridgewood with close friends, our black lab named Mowgli, and my dear cat, Pumpernickel. I have always been a pet owner and an animal lover, but I never dreamt that I could turn that passion into a career. While managing an independent pet food and supply store in Williamsburg I discovered the breadth of the pet industry. On a daily basis I had the opportunity to play with dogs and be a resource for pet owners regarding everything from nutrition to scratching posts. I saw how a local business could become a valued part of a community, and I sought a way to be of even greater service to pets and their owners. I wanted to get out from behind a register and provide hands on care for cats and dogs. I have spent nearly three years dreaming up a small business to allow me to do that. I look forward to a being a friend and a resource.
