Niessa took great care of my Jasper while I was away for the weekend. Everything was good when I got home. Highly recommend her.

Niessa has a great personality, but there were several issues with the care provided. First, she couldn't find the wet food for my cats at the first visit, and I didn't see her message asking me where it was until later, so my cats didn't get wet food that visit. I had shown her where the wet food was at our meet and greet and also left written instructions. Second, she joked in her note for the second visit that one cat was eating the other's food, when I specifically had explained that part of why they need supervised feedings is to avoid them eating one another's food due to different dietary needs. Third, I came home to my living room fan on, which I do not run because there is a loose fan blade I am afraid will fall off. I did not specifically tell her this, but would have expected my home to be left as it was found. Finally, I came home to an unlocked front door. I realized upon coming home that I think I explained how to use the keypad entry but not how to lock it, although 1) it's a very common keypad that I encountered many times when I was doing pet care for Rover myself, and 2) if nothing else you can always lock the doorknob. Did not love knowing the door was unlocked all day. Feeding was the only responsibility for the 2 visits we booked - no water, litter, medication, or other duties. I will say that her notes were funny and sweet, and I really enjoyed meeting her at the meet and greet.
