I’m sure Niema’s son took good care of my two pups. Naji sent me pics daily and I’m sure they were treated well. I never met Niema. We agreed to meet prior to visit and texted as close as 10 minutes before the meet, she’s on her way. Naji her son shows up with their pit bull Leo. She texts that she had a work emergency. Ok, but 10 minutes ago you said you were on your way, but you weren’t. She DID NOT say her son would be there instead. Ok, so after I say okay …but I need to meet you when I drop them off. She says sure. I also asked that I bring them in 1 at a time so as not to tangle leashes. I arrive, Naji is there outside with Leo, my fritz freaks and runs out of leash and car into parking lot. He could have run away or been hit by car. I bring them in and Niema is on phone saying she is away in a work trip. She had just texted me 20 minutes earlier saying ok - when I was on my way. Why didn’t she mention she wouldn’t be there at that time? Especially when I made a point of it? Then upon picking them up - again I ask to see her and she says she’ll be there. No show. She had to work… suddenly couldn’t make it. Naji her 19 yo son was there. Again, I don’t mean to disparage the people who did care for my dogs. The communication with Niema was less than honest. I won’t be back. She should have told me she was not available ahead of time. Or even a few minutes before arriving. I signed up for Niema, and assumed her background check and good ratings. I would not have agreed to leave my dogs with her if I hadn’t thought I would meet her in advance. Meeting her son and husband instead of her at the door without warning… and ignoring my request to bring separately made me very uneasy and could have ended tragically. To be clear, it was the lack of honest and transparent communication that is the reason I won’t be back.

Very good family to leave your pet with. Their pet Leo is a senior dog who got along with my puppy very well. There were frequent updates and check-ins giving me and my wife the peace of mind while traveling. Will not hesitate to leave my puppy again.
