Nicolette is an obvious dog lover. We had set up a meet and greet before committing to boarding Frank. I was uneasy about leaving him for 12 days with anyone because we've never left him for more than a weekend before. As soon as I met her and saw how happy she was to just say hello to Frank, I knew that he'd be fine. Frank is a greyhound, a retired race dog. He likes being in his crate, so we brought his crate to her house so he'd feel comfortable. Because he isn't great with stairs, it was best for the crate to be on the main floor. Nicolette slept the majority of the stay on the couch to keep Frank company! She updated me with photos and even texted to keep me updated. When we picked him up, Frank was excited to see us but it was obvious that he and Nicolette had developed a bond. He kept going back and forth to all of us to get some love! I would highly recommend her to anyone needing their dog to be cared for!
