Growing up, I have always had dogs to love and care for. I have been dog-sitting since I was 16 years old, but have been responsible with our family dogs since childhood. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, from Cocker Spaniels to my 90 lb “lap-dog” black Lab, Shadow. I absolutely adore all animals. In prior dog-sitting experiences, I have administered both optic and otic medications. My schedule is flexible, as I am currently a graduate student at American University studying wildlife filmmaking. I also have an MA/MS studying primate behavior, and am good at reading behavioral cues from animals. Being in graduate school pulls me away from my beloved family Labrador Retrievers, Shadow and Eclipse, back home, so I am eager to play with, walk, and love any pups in need! I treat all dogs as if they are my own, and look forward to meeting yours!
