Pet care experience
As a dog owner myself, I know how hard it is to trust others with your furry friends. They are our four-legged children that we love unconditionally and because of that, we want someone to care for them just as we would. Having worked with many animals, I know that each is different and has specific needs. I am flexible and patient which comes in handy when working with animals. I think that with my many years experience and love of animals, I'd be a great caregiver for your pets.

Nicollete has been such an amazing care-giver to our energetic 2 year old hound mix! He comes from a shelter and struggles with a bit of separation anxiety and she knew just how to make him feel at ease when we left him with her. Nicollete is so wonderful to cuddle with him and play with him until he is comforted. Because he loves to be outside and run around, she took him to play with her own dogs and let our little guy run in her yard until his heart was content! We are also working on getting our dog accustomed to running with us and she was more than willing to walk/jog with him to get him used to it. We truly feel so fortunate to have such wonderful care from her when we are away. Shes super sweet and always punctual and genuinely loves caring for animals!

A typical day
I am happy to walk the dog(s) wherever their parent(s) desire most. I am comfortable taking a leisurely stroll or, for the more active dog, running a mile or two and even going for a hike then coming back to the house to make sure they get special attention and hydrate. If desired, I am also able to bring he or she to a dog park to socialize. I find that although the fun activities are important, some dogs just like to have someone with them to know they are loved and cared for.
