Pet care experience
I have worked at dog day cares and at an emergency vet. I've been fostering dogs for almost 4 years, and my major in school is non-profit management because I want to open and run my own humane society one day. You can say I have been around the block a time or two, no pun intended. ;) I have a friendly, easy going lab mix who LOVES to play and will keep your pup company during his/her stay. We do lots of fun things like car rides, Starbucks trips, (pup cups are a must!!) nature walks, and cuddling on the couch! We have an endless supply of toys, treats, and love here, and I promise to love your dog like i do my own!

1. If the dog is potty trained 2. If the dog gets along with other dogs (I have a friendly lab mix who likes all dogs) 3. If the dog has seperation anxiety and if there's anything I could do to help with that 4. Is the dog food aggressive? 5. Is the dog toy aggressive? 6. Any quirks? Ex. (Chases cars, bikes, doesn't like men)
A typical day
I know a couple of cool nature spots in Kalamazoo, so if your dog likes water or the woods, you're in luck! Sometimes I go to PetSmart with my dog, so if that's something your dog would enjoy doing, I would love to take him/her along as well! We will take walks nearby WMU, so there are always lots of students eager to pet the cute dog! If your dog is more timid/laid back, that's not a problem. I'll accommodate! I understand that like people, all dogs have different personalities and preferences, so if a casual walk and hanging out in the house sounds like something more down your dogs alley, that sounds great to me!
