Pet care experience
I have been taking care of pets since I was a kid. I would say I specialize in dachshunds, because I’ve cared for this breed the most, but I have experience with a variety of dogs/animals. Also, I am very conscientious when it comes to pets with health issues or back problems. I am also a registered nurse, so I’m naturally very adept to noticing changes in behavior and health while caring for animals. I frequently care for pets for friends and family. Experienced with bathing, feeding, walking, brushing teeth, giving medicine to pets, and brushing pets to name a few things. I am very meticulous when it comes to following instructions given to me by owners. I am easy to contact and happy to send you pics and videos of your pets if you like while I care for them. If you need care for other animals as well, I am experienced with caring for snakes, rabbits, cats, and fish. In my home I have a caged rabbit and a small corn snake. I will be keeping our rabbit in a separate room when caring for dogs in the home.

Nicole is first and foremost an animal lover. If you want to be confident your pet is in good hands, choose her. My dog, Chopper, is very anxious and she was able to approach him calmly and slowly to gain his trust. She’s also flexible and responsive. Would happily leave my pet with her again!
Nicole dog sat our 3 dogs while we went on vacation. One of my dogs has to take medicine every morning. Nicole was eager to learn the tricks on giving my finicky dog his medicine. She was so kind and my dogs love her! She will be my go to dog sitter for now on! I recommend her 1 million percent!

I live in an apartment complex, in a gated community. There is a dog park in the community and lots of walking trails. I live with my boyfriend who is also wonderful with animals and has taken care of them his whole life. Each dog is different so we will cater to the needs of the pet depending on owner instructions. Safety and comfort for the pet are our top priorities.

I am a travel nurse currently off contract so my schedule is pretty open and I mostly stay at home doing occasional remote work. So I have lots of time to give your pet a ton of attention!
