We left our two dogs in Nicole's care during a long weekend and felt so reassured while we were away. Her communication prior to and during the tip were spot on. She came to meet us and the dogs before we booked her and again the day before we left, but also offered to come again to make our more skittish pup feel comfortable. She sent pictures of the dogs during the trip and we came home to daily notes. She even watched a dog-friendly movie with the pups to give them some extra snuggle time. Our skittish pup let her pet her on the last day, which is remarkable for a dog who's super weary of strangers. We highly recommend Nicole if you want someone reliable, communicative, and (most of all) makes dogs feel comfortable.

Nicole took care of my doggie for the first time this week! She had an absolute blast while I was away for the two days Nicole took care of her! I loved receiving updates and photos of my Lilly! Will definitely use her again and recommend her to friends!
