DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS SITTER!!! If you love your dog i would not risk leaving them with Nicole. My regular sitter was out of town so i took my chances with a sitter with no rating, as she was close by and agreed to meet beforehand. The meet and greet went fine so I dropped off my dog with some instructions before heading out for the weekend. The issues began when she contacts me, saying my dog won't let her dog eat. Yes, my dog gets protective of food. Any person with common sense knows not to feed two dogs unfamiliar with each other in the same room. Communication was tough because I was in the mountains of WV and so she took this as a sign of disrespect. She called me an asshole. She then tried to extort extra money from me by claiming my dog bit her son and boyfriend (I also mentioned to keep my dog away from kids as she tends to play rough at times). Between the attempted extortion and lack of following simple instructions, I ceased contact with her and contacted Rover directly. My roommate had to come grab my dog from her over Memorial Day weekend. I will note that Rover customer service was great but Nicole definitely added a lot of necessary stress. She is an inexperienced sitter and frankly not a great person.
