Hi! Nicole and Linus here! Linus is my super friendly, extremely easy going, almost 9 year old lab mix. (#LinusKnowsBest for more pics or you’re welcome to follow me on Instagram at Kneecole188. Warning: most of my content is Linus related.) We recently moved from Austin to SA and used Rover for our first time (Sept 2018)... I was asked to go to Austin for a last minute, overnight meeting and was frantically trying to figure out what my best options for Linus were. That’s when we discovered Rover. Linus had a great experience and I had a stress free meeting knowing he was in good hands! Shoutout and many thanks to Jose and Rover! That’s what brings us here! After receiving great service from Rover, I realized I could do the same; help out a fellow dog owner in need, make a new pup friend, meet a new human friend, and make a little $ while doing so. Sounds like a win, win, win all around! Enough of the Rover testimony, let’s talk about me... I know how stressful and nerve racking finding a sitter, a random stranger, to watch your pup can be. I will do my absolute best to make your pup feel as comfortable as possible in your absence. I promise to love him/her as my own. And to help ease your mind, I will send all the pics and updates you desire so you too feel just as comfortable! I’m very fortunate that my job allows me to do most of my work from home. I may have a meeting or two that requires me to step out for 1-2 hrs at time but I typically work from home or from a pup friendly cafe! I only call on SA so last minute meetings to Austin are of the past! I have a 2br house in the Tobin Hill area with a small fenced in back yard. We’re in a very walkable area, only minutes from the Riverwalk and the Pearl! Dogs are my jam and my penut butter! I’ve had Linus his whole life, 9 years in October! I also grew up with both dogs and cats. I typically take Linus on about 3 good hikes a week (currently taking recommendations for pup friendly hikes in the area). I have a small fenced in backyard, know of a few nearby dogparks, and live in a very walkable area just a couple blocks away from the Riverwalk. If your pup requires a run or something more active, I’m up for it! Dogs are welcome on my furniture and on my bed. I have a guest room with a queen size bed if your pup prefers his/her own room. Linus does not use a kennel but if your pup is kennel trained, I’m happy to oblige. Linus and I like adventure but we also enjoy relaxing indoors (especially with this TX heat). So let us know- play, relax, dogpark, hike, Riverwalk stolls, whatever!?! We’re down!
