Hi! I'm Niki, from Honolulu, Hawaii. I moved to SLO for college a few years ago and am loving the area! It frustrates me when a dog doesn't get the exercise and stimulation from a walk that they need but I absolutely understand that a person's schedule can be hectic and unpredictable so walks cannot always be top priority. That's why I'm here; to help you accomplish what you need to while having the peace of mind that your dog is getting the treatment he/she deserves! I grew up caring for my own dog, Max, who was a long haired chihuahua. I always genuinely enjoyed any time I got to spend with Max and with most dogs in general. Despite Max being a smaller dog, I have no issues with larger dogs and even lived with a larger dog and two smaller dogs last year. I am very committed to dogs getting the kind, thoughtful treatment they deserve.

Nicole is wonderful!
Niki is an old soul who loves animals, especially dogs and cats. Whenever she encounters someone who is with a dog, she immediately gravitates towards the dog. She is caring and responsible with everything she does, whether it is babysitting a nephew, being with her Grandma or taking care of a beloved animal. It would be a simpatico, symbiotic relationship of joy for the dog and Niki!

Does your dog have anything they're uncomfortable with? (Ex. I've had a dog who was very afraid of cars so we only walked in parks, never on sidewalks by the road) Does your dog have any injuries or past injuries I should be aware of? How are they with other people, kids, and other dogs? Where do they like to go on walks? What is their usual pace? What amount of exercise do you expect out of each walk? Do they like to do anything in particular? (ex. play fetch) Do they like the beach/would you like for me to take them for a walk or run there?
A typical day
I prefer that you tell me where your dog likes to go on walks! I would like to cater to you and your dog's preferences, always. I am an active person who exercises very regularly so I can keep up with your dog if they prefer running but also wouldn't mind just a nice stroll in the park! Your dog will probably get tired of playing fetch before I do!
