In high school, I took a lot of animal science classes including small animal care as well as a vet science class. I learned things from nutrition , to handling techniques and even some basic grooming. I strengthened my knowledge and skills working at a dog boarding facility after that. I personally have two dogs at home, both right under 2 years old but I have lots of experience with all age groups! My dogs are a husky/pit bull mix and a labrador/bluetick hound mix so I understand what comes with large breeds. Major dog lover, and even a cat lover too!
