Once again, our Harley had a wonderful visit with Miss Nicole. We were in the middle of a large home move and the poor boy has been left out as we have not had a lot of play time for him. We then had an out-of-state family reunion to go to that was planned two years in advance. I felt that Harley would really benefit from the time with Nicole and Paul. I really think he did. He returned home a lot more cheerful to complete the move. Since we had no reception near the border we were unable to communicate with her but I knew he was in good hands. He needed the one on one time and attention I know she gives him and it showed. I totally trust Harley with Nicole and cannot wait until we move back to town so we can make use of her great services! It means the world to us to know how well he is cared for!

This was my first Rover experience and I could not be more pleased. I can tell that Harley thoroughly enjoyed his time with Nicole. From the moment I met her, I felt strongly that she was a kind and caring person and a good fit for our little guy. She took the time to get to know him and his needs prior to our stay and asked questions. She sent me pictures of what they were doing while we were away which truly helps ease a parents mind. She kept him active which is important for a puppy. I can tell by how he came home to us that he really did have a vacation too! I highly recommend Nicole and hope to use her much more in the future. She has a wonderfully calming yet authoritative nature which is exactly what I was looking for in a pet sitter.
