Needed a sitter on short notice due to a death in the family. Nicole responded very quickly and we set up a meet and greet soon after. She was experienced and professional and allowed us to be at ease leaving our girl Carly (and our home) in the hands of a relative stranger. Nicole gave us daily updates and pics of our pup, but more importantly, gave us piece of mind while tending to a tearful family event.. Thanks again Nicole! Chris, Nancy and Carly ?❤️

Nikki is a great and awesome sitter! She is very pleasant, reliable, flexible and very accommodating. In fact, our Astrid immediately took a liking to her the first time we met during the meet & greet. Nikki asked about the preferences of our little one, like sleeping patterns and preferences, feeding time, and walking schedule and made sure that Astrid's away from us was pleasurable and least disruptive to her normal pattern. While we were away, Nikki was very kind to take pictures and show us what Astrid was doing during the day, which helped us ease our worries away and miss her a little less. We ended up being late on our scheduled pick up time but Nikki understood and told us not to worry about it. Aside from Nikki, her mom was equally wonderful and helped a lot in taking care of our baby girl. They went above and beyond by giving Astrid a bath! The little one had such a wonderful experience that when we got to pick her up she was whimpering on the way home. I guess Astrid was just as sad leaving Nikki as she ended up loving their family as well in the whole week she spent there. Truth be told, I am kind of hesitant on giving Nikki a stellar review as we want to keep her a secret from everyone else, but it will not be fair to her given all the things she, and her mom, have done for us. We are looking forward to getting her services again in the future!
