Pet care experience
I love and care for every animal as if it were my own. I’ve been house sitting, walking, and doing drop in visits for animals and their owners since I was just 12 years old I worked in a dog and cat boarding kennel from 2014 to 2018 and I currently work reception at a vet clinic in South Elgin. Throughout the years I’ve learned a lot about dogs, the different breeds, and how to properly care for them, administer medication, and even how to bathe them and trim their nails. In addition to dogs I have experience in taking care of many animals including cats, birds, hamsters, guinea pigs, fish, and even a few lizards. If you have other animals that will need care, I’ll happily make sure they receive it. I believe that our pets aren’t just pets, they’re family, and I hope I get the privilege to pamper your fur-kid :)

Nicole was awesome with my dogs! One of my labs is a total mama’s boy and sometimes takes some time to warm up to people, but she won him right over! And she noticed right away when my elderly girl was extra stiff and needed a little medicine, which she was perfectly qualified to give her. She sent pictures and updates every day too. I will definitely use her again!
Nicole was wonderful! She took amazing care of our two puppies and our home. She sent us super cute pictures of our dogs while we were away and communicated promptly to bar texts from us. Will use again!
Nicole was terrific. Came very early in the morning. Kept in touch throughout the weekend and we returned home to a very picked up house and a happy dog. I would recommend Nicole to anyone.
Words can not even begin to describe how competent, friendly, loving, and sweet Nicole is. If there has ever been an animal whisperer, it is Nicole. I have never meant anyone in my life that has such a connection to animals as her. We have had her stay with our dogs for years. She is one of the few people that understand animals are truly part of your family. She watched our 13 year old dog along with our 3 month old puppy on multiple occasions making them both feel like she loved each one the best. As our older dog’s health deteriorated, there was no one I would trust with him other than Nicole. Her compassion, and understanding of him and his needs could not be topped. Her love of him was parallel to our love for him. And then there is our younger dog who even trainers have been unable to train.... She is so patient with him. She never gets annoyed or frustrated with his energy. She loves him as much as he loves her; which is a lot. I am so proud to write this review for Nicole. You seriously can not pick a better person to spend time with your animal. Rover is lucky to have Nicole. You, however, will be even more lucky to have Nicole in you and your animals life.

A typical day
If you have an active dog I’ll make sure to take them on long walks, play fetch, and run around with them! If you have a dog who moves to the beat of their own drum, no problem! I’ll make sure to adjust. And of course every dog will get lots of pets, belly rubs, and hugs.
