This was our first Rover transaction & we hit the jackpot with Nicole! Our elderly, special-needs dog stayed at Nicole's dg-friendly house, and we'll send him back the next time we travel. He doesn't hear or see very well anymore, so it took him a minute to notice that I arrived to pick him up. In that time, I saw that he was perfectly happy at Nicole's & just chillin', which was really nice. And Nicole gave him the best bath ever! He's had professional baths before, but they never turned out like this, I think she spent a lot of time on him with the brush & the blow dryer, and his fur looked and felt better than I've ever seen. I briefly felt guilty for not hooking him up with an excellent bath like that before, but I don't think any other groomer was really offering that kind of time-consuming service. Her place has a great back yard, an excellent park across the street, and a gracious dog host name Bellini. You should book with Nicole if she's available!

I love having Nicole come by and take care of my pups. She’s basically become part of the family. Every time I go out of town and need a sitter or even just have a long day at work and need a walker, I can count on her! Her dog has become friends with my two dogs and they get to run around and play. As a former pet groomer, Nicole is very experienced and knows how to make my dogs feel at ease when she’s around. As a friend, she will also go out of her way to groom my dogs while she is pet-sitting for me. If her experience and expertise aren’t enough, Nicole is always super positive with me and my fur-babies. I know that any contact made will always be a pleasant one and she is more than flexible when it comes to her availability.
