Experienced dog trainer and lover!

Pet care experience

Hello! I am a dog mom of 4, cat mom of 2, guinea pig mom of 1, and kid mom of 2! I am a volunteer trainer at a local dog training facility. My dogs and I train for Agility, Rally, Obedience, Scent Work, and Therapy Dog. I love interacting with animals. It's good for the soul!

Nicole went out of her way to accommodate me on a last minute booking. She is very adaptable and gives my dog (who can be shy and scared) the time and attention he needs. I will continue using Nicole and would recommend her to anyone!

Nicole has done such a great job with my dog Sage. I’m a travel nurse and work long shifts and it is always a worry to leave my pup at home for long periods of time. Nicole completely alleviates that worry, she is a great communicator and always sends an update after her check ins. I would give 10/5 stars if possible!

Information Nicole S. would like to know about your pet

Their schedule and routine. Where things are that are necessary to care for them properly. Temperament! How they like to be loved and how they like to play. Your expectations of me and your pet(s).

A typical day

I love playing games with dogs that are mentally stimulating. Obedience and physical exercise are important to having a happy and healthy dog. Activities that engage a dog’s olfactory system (sense of smell) can help calm them by lowering their heart rate and stopping the release of adrenaline. Sniffing provides great mental stimulation and can tire them out by increasing their respiration rate. It also releases a “feel good” chemical, dopamine. Simply having someone come into your home, feed/water your dog, let them out to potty, and snuggle or love on them are essential. Stimulating their brains is an absolute bonus that I provide.
