Nicole did a fantastic job! She kept us updated and sent pictures and videos which we greatly appreciated. Our kitty can be challenging but Nicole was very patient with her and she indulged her desire to be out on the screened porch during each visit. She also noticed a problem with her nail that I hadn't seen. We are very grateful for her excellent care.
