We have 2 dogs now a large and medium dog who have traveled the world with us and are just like our children. Mako is 4 and Lyla is 2 they get along very well with other pets. We have a son 1, so your dog would need to do well around children. I have had dogs since I was a very little girl and completely understand how precious they are to the family.
