This was our worst experience with a Rover sitter, we have used Rover over 10 previous times and never had such a terrible sitter. Nicole was watching our dogs and cat from Friday afternoon through Monday afternoon. On Saturday she let us know that she was working another job and would not be able to take them out from noon until 11pm (dogs normally get fed/walked by 6pm). She did not inform of us this before we left, she asked us if we could find someone else to take them out while she was at work. It was not only incredibly unprofessional, it was extremely upsetting to us to scramble to find someone else while we were in a different time zone and supposed to be on vacation. On the last day of the trip she left for work early and didn't walk the dogs either. She also let our indoor cat out of the house twice during the trip, including overnight, which was incredibly dangerous. The whole trip was a bad experience and we are considering no longer scheduling sitters through Rover based upon this sitter.

I left my dog and cat for the very first time. I was a nervous wreck but Nicole was awesome! She kept in touched and provided pictures and updates. When I got home both my animals were calm and well cared for. Our home was very tidy upon our return. Thank you Nicole for loving our animals like they were your own!!! We will definitely be using Nicole again!
