I have a 11 year old Golden Retriever & a 1 year old Golden Retriever, both are super friendly with other dogs. I share custody of my oldest Golden so unfortunately he is only with me every other week. I'm a huge dog lover and view them as family, which is why I decided to begin dog sitting. Traveling is fun, but it can be stressful for dog owners and the dogs themselves. I want to help ease your mind while you are away and provide your dog with much love and affection. I'm an RN and currently work as a consultant. I work normal daytime hours M-F and I also have the summer months off. My office is close to home, so I can easily come home for dog check ins & potty breaks. My nursing knowledge and skills have proven beneficial for taking care of my own dogs as I am more conscientious of their needs and any abnormal symptoms.

My 2 year old golden retriever had a great time with Nicole and was well cared for!
I felt really good about leaving my Golden Retriever, Lulu with Nicole. It eased my mind having Lulu in her care while traveling for 11 days. I will definitely contact her again when I need some loving care for my dog. She also I had doggie friends to play with at Nicole's house, and that made a big difference.
Nicole is our go-to sitter for our dog, Olive. We always know she is in great hands with Nicole and Olive rushes to her door when we drop her off. Nicole keeps us updated and stays in contact with photos throughout Olive's overnight stays and takes her on countless walks and adventures.
Great experience and a very happy dog : )

I'd like to know if your dog has any history of aggression or any troublesome habits such as chewing on household items/furniture. For the safety of my animals & the dogs that I care for I cannot board an aggressive dog or a dog with strong alpha tendencies. I also need to know if your dog is very high energy. Unfortunately, higher energy dogs are not the best fit for my oldest Golden because it tends to cause him stress.
A typical day
Your dogs activities are dependent upon their needs. I can play fetch with them in my yard or walk them along local trails near my house. They will certainly get a lot of play time with youngest Golden too!

My schedule has a lot of flexibility so I can board dogs at any time during the week and year round! I don’t work in June & July and I have extended time off for holidays.
