I have worked in the pet industry for over 12 years and ran a nonprofit dog rescue “Chic Chien Chateau” for 7 years (check out some of my articles in my photos). My goal is to make sure your pets have a happy, calm and fun stay. I have professional experience taking care of all kinds of dogs, rest assured your pet is in good hands- and having their own vacation while you are!!! I've taken in homeless pets, fostered dogs and run an animal charity. Having run a dog charity (currently on hold due to a move) I am used to working with all types of pets from pregnant dogs to puppies who need constant care. Whenever any of my friends have a question about their pets I am the first person they turn to. I am used to working with pets that have a very strict regimented lifestyle as ones that are allowed to be more laid back. I will make sure your pet has the best time even though they are away from their owner so they will not get depressed or have separation anxiety! I will send video updates and pictures as often as you would like. I have one extremely well behaved golden retriever mix, he loves all pets and is very laid back. He's used to fostering puppies and having them climb all over him. If you would rather keep our pets separate we have plenty of space for that. I work from home (in pet technology) so your pet will be my priority! I’ll take your dog to play in the yard, at the dog park (if you would like) or on walks at the nature center nearbye. I have one golden retriever cocker spaniel mix- he is 10 years old and the sweetest boy ever. He is used to me always having new foster pets when I ran my rescue so he loves meeting new friends. If your dog would prefer to be alone it’s no problem - the house has plenty of room to separate them. Your dog is welcome to sleep in our room, or bed if you would like. I have a fenced in yard but do not let the dogs out unattended.
