Doggy adventures, rain or shine!

Pet care experience

I'm a certified dog trainer(Michael Ellis School for Dog trainers alumni and CPDT-KA) more than happy to work with dogs that have issues. Reactive and fearful dogs welcome! Providing these dogs with a safe and calm experience is what I strive towards. My philosophy is based in positive reinforcement, providing plenty of love and patience, with a good dose of fun and interactive exercise. My goal is to help fulfill your dog's individual needs no matter if they positively vibrate with energy, if they're more suited for a leisurely stroll, or even just want to drowse in the sun. I aim to give them plenty of activities specifically designed with your dog's temperament and interests in mind for however long they are in my care. Keeping things fun and entertaining for our four legged friends is something I take pride and pleasure in. There truly is nothing better than seeing happy dog faces smiling back at you. Puppies are my absolute favorite and I excel at keeping them out of trouble, engaged in play, and even can provide foundation training. I both accept altered or unaltered dogs, even females in heat are welcome to stay with me(please inform me if your female is in heat!). Your companion's safety and well-being is a top priority for me and I work to ensure that the environment that they are exposed to and are in is the absolute safest I can make it. At my home your pup can expect a clean, quiet, and spacious house to relax in, a large double gated and fully fenced yard to romp around in. There are many plush dog beds inside for them to rest on after a long day of fun, with plenty of cuddling available. Even on rainy days plenty of play can be had indoors, and with our dog pacer treadmill your best buddy is still ensured plenty of exercise.

I was so nervous to leave my 11 month old pup while we had to attend a family event out of state. I hoped what I had read about Nicole was legit because you never know? He's my baby and he had never been away from us before. I liked the idea of Nicole's structure and felt he would not only have fun, but be safe as well. She sent me videos of him twice a day and that too was sooooooo comforting getting to see him interact with the other dogs. I'm so thankful I found Nicole and that she made my time away from my dog bearable. Thank you!

I would use Nicole as a dog sitter in the future and recommend her services. She communicated daily and sent video’s so we could see how Mia was enjoying her stay! Thank you Nicole!

Literally...I couldn’t be happier when I came home after a longgg vacation. About every day I got a video of my dog and when I got her back, she was better behaved, happy, and so sweet. She is healthy and very, very well socialized. Thank you Nicole fo taking care of Kira!!!!

Nicole took great care of our dogs! I absolutely loved the videos and pictures she sent. It was nice to be able to see and know that our pups were happy and enjoying their stay.

Information Nicole P. would like to know about your pet

I prefer to keep clear lines of communication open so I can provide you and your dog with the best experience I am able to share. Changes to pick up and drop off times are not a problem, I ask only to be kept updated. Aggression, fear, special requirements/needs, and other behavior problems are not deal breakers, but I absolutely must know these things in order to provide a safe environment for all under my care. Please tell me of these issues in advance. Please label your dog's food/treats with their name and include a note on how much they should receive per meal. Provide the scoop/cup if you are unsure on the exact quantity. If food/treats are not provided for me there will be a $2 charge added to the service per day per dog since I will have to use my own.

A typical day

Nail trims are an optional add-on that I offer with all services and cost $5. Daycare and Boarding clients be sure to ask me about my dog treadmill and the benefits it can provide for your dog. Rates are $10 per session and are guaranteed to provide your dog with a good workout regardless of their fitness level, age, or outside conditions. Walks during daycares are highly weather dependent and length of time varies accordingly. I never walk more than one dog at a time and do not leave those under my care at home unsupervised during walks for more than half an hour. Hikes and park visits can be arranged, talk to me beforehand about your preferences and we will see what can fit in with your dog's stay!
