Nicole is an awesome pet sitter. She communicates with us frequently, from two days before the sitting, to the day she came, and throughout the sitting period. She sends us multiple pictures each day and gives us updates on a frequent basis, which gives us comfort in knowing how Ruffles was doing. She is clearly an animal lover and took care of Ruffles as if he is hers! We are completely satisfied and will use her again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
