This was our first experience with Rover.com so we were a little apprehensive about how it would work. I’m happy to say it couldn’t have been better! Nick and Nicole were awesome! They kept us updated with texts and pictures and we could see for ourselves that Sugar was being well taken care of. I would highly recommend Nicole and Nick and intend to use them again in the future.

I have known Nicole for 10 years. When we first met, through working at the same agency, she was providing care and surgery costs at her own expense for a friend’s dog, which impressed me greatly. Over the years, she has become a wonderful friend to my two golden retrievers, Kodak and Ella. Ella recently passed away in March after an eleven month old battle with osteosarcoma. Nicole was here at least 3x a week to provide supporting and hospice care to all of us and was able to get Kodak out and about again when I had been too depressed to do so. When she was here, their preference was to be with her, in her lap. I believe dogs have an uncanny sense for who is safe, kind and respectful of their needs. I would not leave Kodak with anyone other than three people and she is one of them.
