Pet care experience
I’ve had all sizes and breeds of dogs in my life since I was in kindergarten! Throughout my childhood, my family fostered golden retrievers of all ages. In my adult life, I’ve been lucky enough to love a German Shepard, Bentley, who passed away in 2023, a 10 year old Australian Shepard mix named Moose, and a 1 year old golden/lab mix named Maverick. We’ve had Moose since he was 8 months old and Maverick since he was 8 weeks old! They are both happy, playful, friendly dogs! Maverick loves going for short runs and long walks, and Moose loves playing fetch! I am excited for the opportunity to love on your dogs as much as I get to love on my own :)

While I don’t have a fenced in yard, we do have a large back yard that backs into woods with trees lining the yard so dogs typically stay in the yard. I am also always outside with the dogs when letting them out. I have leashes/tie outs that I can use if you prefer and I can crate your dog if ever needed!

The dogs who come to my home need to be good with other dogs and young children, as I have two dogs in home and a toddler. My toddler has been around dogs his whole life and knows how to treat them kindly. Let me know if your dog has any special needs or quirks so I can make sure they’re happy and comfortable in my home!
A typical day
I absolutely love taking care of dogs with all needs! We can go for walks, cuddle on the couch (or in bed), hang out in the yard, play games, and more! My two dogs are also very friendly and love playing with other dogs!
