We were really happy with Nicole! Our biggest concern is keeping the cats as comfortable as possible, which means them staying at home and getting lots of cuddles and play time. We entered someone who communicated with us well, fed them on schedule, and have them more attention then a visit and a feeding. Nicole did all of this for us and even sent us multiple pictures of the kitties each day to let us know how they're doing. We lived that she was willing to ask questions as needed. We lived this, because some sitters avoid asking questions and risk making the wrong decision just to not seem like they don't know what they're doing. It was a relief to have those questions asked, knowing our babies were getting lots of love and great care.

Nicole was very professional when she watched our dog and guinea pigs for the weekend. She has been great with communication before and during her stay at our home. Our pets were well loved and cared for. I look forward to working with Nicole again!
