I’m Nicole, mom of two sweet girls and one cool cat. My husband and I live in Frankfort, KY and have had the opportunity to care for a variety of dogs as a family through Rover since 2021. I grew up with dogs and spent many years caring for animals as a house sitter. If you are looking for daycare or boarding, know that we only accept one family at a time and can accommodate up to three dogs, so your pet will have our full attention and be treated like a welcomed guest! We love having dogs visit for the afternoon or an extended stay. I am home full time and can provide regular walks to the Lakeview Dog Park when weather permits or keep your fur child company indoors if they prefer. Rest assured, your pet will have a family to love on them while you’re away! We strive to go above & beyond your expectations. Our home is a safe, joyful and peaceful place for your pet.

We have a fenced in backyard for a safe play space outdoors, a screened in porch if the dogs want fresh air but need shelter from the heat or rain, and can crate them in our mud room when I need to leave the house if needed. Dogs are allowed in any room of the house and on the couch. They will be supervised with our children at all times.

A typical day
I will follow the dog’s lead or owner’s instructions for activity. If your dog loves the outdoors, I will try to walk them once a day around the neighborhood or to the dog park, and give them plenty of playtime in the backyard. For dogs that prefer to stay indoors, we enjoy playing fetch down the hallway or simply lounging on the couch with pets and belly rubs. I like to talk or sing to animals because I believe they crave that attention and connection.
