*Serious inquiries only* Hi everyone! Welcome to Island Stay and Play, your dogs home away from home! Our whole family is involved with taking care of your babies. As long as your pup is friendly with children and other dogs, we would be happy to have them stay with us!

Nala and Penny had a great time! Nicole and her family took great care of them, and they were treated like family! She stayed in touch with me and sent me pictures of the girls playing, sleeping, and being apart of their family. We cater to those pups who have a calm, laid back nature that don’t have the need for constant stimulation. We have the perfect space for those who love to lounge both inside and out and enjoy the Island life in the sun or in the shade. We live in a one story ranch style home with a large, shaded, fenced in back yard.

Please let us know if your pup has any specific needs, we will accommodate as best we can. At this time we are no longer hosting puppies that are not house trained, unaltered males and females, or dogs that cannot be left alone for a few hours.
A typical day
To create a routine the dogs can easily get used to, we feed them twice a day - in the morning and evening. Everyone eats at the same time. We can not allow dogs to graze freely throughout the day. For safety reasons we can not host dogs with food aggression.

We have been hosting dogs in our home here on Lady’s Island for over 9 years. We understand not all dogs have the same interests. If your pup enjoys the peaceful Island lifestyle, then our home is the perfect fit!
