Let me start off by saying I am not related to Nicole in any manner and I did not know Nicole before our first scheduled visit. I have found that a lot of the reviews that are left are done so by friends or family and to me that is not a fair evaluation. I contacted Nicole via rover to care for my dogs while I was going to be out of town. Not only was she reliable but she made me feel at ease. Having someone not only take care of my pets but to be in my home and have all of my security codes and access information is scary. Nicole stayed in contact with me, assured me that the pets were safe and was reliable. I will be using her in the future on a normal basis and I would recommend her for any of your pet needs. :) 5 Stars for sure!!

Nicole is a sweet, kind, and friendly person who loves animals. I have a dog and Nicole has taken care of him on several occasions for me. She was very responsible and dependable. It was a great feeling knowing that my dog was well taken care of and with someone who adored him. Nicole spent quality time with my dog. She took him on walks, made sure he was well fed, and spent time playing with him. She kept me well informed and made herself available whenever I needed her. She's the BEST and we LOVE her!!!!!!
