I have had dogs my whole life before coming to graduate school. I also worked at a doggy care care facility in the past. Dogs always seem to like me and I have never had a problem with them either. I was able to get one of my dogs to sit, give pay, lay, crawl, and dance. My schedule is quite flexible, so if I do have have to go to campus it is typically not for very long so I would be with your dog most of the day. Even though I do not have a yard, there are trails and plenty of places we could go for a walk.
