My life has always been about animals! Growing up I was part of 4-H and FFA. I attended MJC completing the Veterinary Technician Program, and worked as a Veterinary Technician for 2 years. I then graduated from Cal Poly SLO, where I studied Animal Science. I became an accredited Dog Trainer in 2003, and since then I have passionately spent my time working with dog's and their owners. I have worked and cared for with a wide range of animals (dogs, reptiles, horses, fish, pigs, cattle, goats, rabbits, cats, rats, and more). It is just myself and my boyfriend that live in our house, along with the dogs. I currently own a Mini Pig that knows as many tricks as the dogs! The pig's name is Booty and she does come in the house, is potty trained and crate trained. She does not play with the dogs and has her own space. I also have rats that are trained to play barn hunt. A fun new dog sport. My rat cages are kept where the dogs can not get them. My dogs are Britney Dawg (Dobi Mix), Buddy (Pit Bull), Gauge (Chesapeake Bay Retriever), and Pearl (American Staffordshire Terrier). They love having doggie friends come stay. Me and my dogs stay busy training and we enjoy participating in many different dog sports.
