The main reason that I became a dog sitter is to be able to provide love and care for owners when they are away. I know first hand how difficult it can be to find quality care for your best friend while you’re out of town, so I’m here to fill that gap! I’ve been a lifelong animal lover, and getting to see animals thrive is simply a passion of mine! Being able to play with the pets I take care of is what makes me happiest. I have lots of experiences with dogs professionally and personally. My pet sitting career began when I was 16 years old when I pet sat for neighbors and people in my community. I loved it! I transitioned into being a Rover sitter not long ago and haven’t looked back since. I currently have one Yorkie of my own, who is very friendly and welcoming to all new dogs. My number one priority during a stay is to make sure that you and your pup feel completely comfortable and happy. I like to get as much information as possible from owners so I can make your pooch feel right at home with me! I always follow owners instructions to a “T,” since no one knows your dog better than you do! I’ll also send lots of updates with accompanying pictures to document just how much fun we’re having together. I work at an elementary school as a teacher and my husband works close to home. He is always able to go home to let out your fur babies and then when I get home, they receive an abundance of love. *** IMPORTANT DOG BOARDING RATE INFORMATION *** Small Dogs -$25 standard daily rate -$30 holiday daily rate *** Additional dog rates are for each pet you leave after the first one. For example, if you have 2 dogs, the first one would be charged a standard rate and the other would be the 'additional dog rate'. This rate is lower so that it is more accommodating to owners. :) Additional Dog Rates -Small Dogs: $18 daily rate Additional Dog Rates for Holidays -Small Dogs: $22 daily rate ***Drop Off/Pickup Information*** - Drop off/Pick Up time during the week 3:45pm-9pm - Drop off/Pick Up during Saturday & Sunday 9am-9pm **Please Note: DROP OFF/ PICK UP: Please be on time when it comes to scheduled drop off & pick up times. Please, let me know what your pick up & drop off times are PRIOR to the stay. This is necessary so it does not interfere with my daily routine or so I can prepare your pups things for pickup. (if any delays should occur, let me know, I am understanding) Thank you for understanding! Additional Info/Tips ** Also, please make sure your dog is free of fleas/ticks. My yard is professionally treated monthly for all insects. I am a teacher in an elementary school and my husband is working and is also able to go home for lunch breaks etc for those dogs who need a bit more time outside than normal. I ensure that once I get home, the dogs are cuddled non stop as if they were in their own homes. In my home, I follow exactly what you instruct me to do. For the safety of all animals under my care, when we go on walks, I always use a leash. I also ensure than your pet is taken care of exactly as instructed so they feel right at home.
