The crazy dog lady you can rely on!

Pet care experience

I'm a professional studio artist, photographer, and filmmaker with a lifelong passion for pets. My love for animals began before I could even walk. I understand that dogs aren't just our pets, but our family. Thus, it is my priority to keep our furry (and scaly, and feathery!) friends as comfortable, healthy, and happy as possible. I'm K9 CPR and First Aid certified, so you can trust that your dog will be safe in my care. I come from a family that runs their own doggy daycare business, and I grew up with my own dogs, so I have a deep love for dogs and am extremely comfortable around them. Professionally, I've worked at a large capacity doggy daycare/boarding facility and a pet store with in-house training. Thus, I'm experienced and comfortable with all types of dogs in all types of situations--including puppies and other rowdy dogs who require extra attention. Additionally, I have also been formally trained in basic dog grooming and would be happy to add any of these services on to your dog sitting packages. For someone who will love your dog just as much as you do, and who can be trusted to keep your dog safe, healthy, and well-trained in addition to entertained, just give me a call. :) ~~~**** I also offer custom pet art and photography! ****~~~ Please contact me about photography sessions, pet art commissions, and links to my portfolio.

Nicole is Amazing!! We were so lucky to have her "dropping in" twice a day (over a holiday no less) to feed our two kids. It was evident from the photos she shared with us and the puppies behavior when we got home that they LOVED her. I would use her again in a heartbeat and am grateful to have found such a great gal. Thanks so much Nicole!!

Nicole did a great job with my frail elderly greyhound, as a mid day drop in while I had to work. Kepi was happy and relaxed when I got home and loved the attention!

This was the first time we had Nicole sit our puppies. She did great and the dogs seemed real happy when I got home. Nicole was also great about letting me know what she arrived and left and provided pictures of the puppies from her stay. We plan on using Nicole again.

Nicole was amazing with my boy Max! She took extra care with him and you can tell they had fun on their walks. She kept me informed throughout the entire walk(s). She is very knowledgeable of dogs and their behaviors so I was super comfortable with her with my boy. She's a gem and I would highly recommend!!

Information Nicole L. would like to know about your pet

I would like to know if the dog has any history of aggression towards other dogs, people, cats, and/or small animals. I would also like to know if they have a habit of digging, marking, and/or stealing and chewing on things that aren't theirs. I don't mind petsitting dogs that require constant supervision, but I would like to know this beforehand.

A typical day

Your pup and I can take a walk through the various parks near my house, take a trip to the Weber campus for some extra socialization, or even romp around the wonderful dog park nearby, with your permission. If your dog is a hiker, I would love to explore the countless beautiful mountain trails near Snow Basin Resort. We can even take some high quality pictures of our adventure to show you when you get back!
