This was our first try at using Rover.com and I feel Nicole was responsive throughout the initial setting up and introductions. She truly seemed to checking on, and playing with, with my very active border collie Mick.

Listen, I recognize that I love my dogs more than is probably natural... That being said, when the inevitable times come where I go out of town for one reason or another, I always found myself a little uneasy leaving my dogs in the hands of traditional boarding facilities. When I found Nicole the anxieties and worries I felt in leaving my dogs were almost instantly lifted. Within minutes of their introductions, my schnauzer was letting her scratch his beard and the cocker had entrusted Nicole with her beloved racoon squeaker. She caught on to the little nuances and quirks that make up the personalities of my dogs. I LOVED that I could talk one on one with someone about my cocker's weird eating demands as well as emphasize the importance of watching the schnauzer while he eats to make sure he doesn't choke (seriously, he aspirated dog food once). These attentions to detail are just something that I felt were lacking from bigger boarding companies. All in all after getting home, I could tell my dogs weathered my absence 100 times better by being in the capable hands of a fellow dog lover.
