As the granddaughter of a vet, I grew up around dogs and have always had a passion for taking care of animals. Our dogs have and always will be part of our family. My granddad gave me my first dog when I was 5 and I haven't lived without a dog since. I currently have 2 rescued Labradors who own my heart. I have experience working with all sorts of dogs, including dogs with aggression. I believe in positive reinforcement, good manners, and lots of play and belly rubs. I think it's important to get to know the dogs' personality and play to their strengths.. I have one lab who loves brain games and treats and has a whole gamut of tricks up her sleeve. My other lab thinks chasing after a tennis ball is the most rewarding thing in the world. I spend time with each of them doing what they love. If you know what they love, it's easy to have good dogs.
