Though I've been a cat lady most my life, I'm am absolutely in love with animals. Love from a pet is invaluable and it's important to never take it for granted. I've had one dog, five cats, numerous birds, and three hamsters over my lifetime. I'm no stranger to the nuances, personalities, and craziness of pets, but I'm very excited to get to know your dog or cat if given the chance. In the wise words of Cesar Millan, "Puppies and kids naturally go together, but it's up to the adults to teach them how to do it the right way." As responsible adults, it's up to us to continue to show our pets how to love, how to live well, and how to live happily. I’m also a foster mom for Oregon Humane Society. My experience with fostering covers mostly kittens with upper respiratory infections, ulcers, and under weight issues. I absolutely love giving these fur babies a quiet place to get healthy as well as showing them the love they’ll get in their forever homes.
