Nicole is very responsive and friendly. Flexible when I needed to change dates. One of my cats was on antibiotics and needed to be kept an eye on, and she did a good job checking on him. Unfortunately, she didn't set up the auto-feeder correctly, but it was partially my fault for not showing her how to use it.
Our 60LB black lab Woodley is in great hands with Nicole. When Woodley saw Nicole about a week after his stay with her he couldn't contain his excitement and clearly was extremely fond of her- definitely the mark of a great dog sitter.
