Pet care experience
I have quite an extensive background of experience, working with animals. My very first job was at a vet clinic and I moved on to work for my personal vet. I stayed with them, learning all I possibly could for five wonderful years. I have pet sat for multitudes of friends and family majority of my life. And I was blessed to have my own personal best friend by my side, Shoney, my fun-loving boxer for ten glorious years. Unfortunately he passed two years ago. Until the time comes again that I am in a place to bless my home with another wonderful pup, I want to fill my heart with taking care of other peoples sweet babies who need tender love and care while their parents are away.

Nicole was great with our energetic 6 month old puppy who has a bit of separation anxiety from us! She was able to distract her with playing and love so she didn’t miss us while we were gone! We definitely recommend Nicole to others!

Our mini-Aussie/Doodle, Dandy, loves Nicole! She stayed at our home for most of four days while we attended a granddaughter wedding. We received texts and pictures every day showing the fun Dandy was having. Upon our return, he was happy to see us (sort of) but was content to sit beside and be petted by Nicole. I am able to watch your pet in your home only at this time as my housing doesn't allow animals unfortunately. But I do find pets to be more comfortable with this arrangement as they are familiar with their own home. I always walk pets on a leash and inquire if they are friendly to other animals/people for the safety of all and avoid those situations if they are not, to the best of my ability.

Does the animal have any special medical conditions I need to be aware of and medications that need to be given? I have no breed preferences. All animals are equal in my eyes.
A typical day
I am an outdoor enthusiast so frequent walks, runs, ball chasing at the dog park, and hikes are always probable with me! I am also able to relax with a good book and give good belly rubs when the occasion calls for it!

Nicole can watch in your home
Availability
I work at a dental office Monday-Wednesday from 7:30am-5:00pm and Thursday from 7:30am-1:00pm so unfortunately I am not available to stay with your pet throughout these hours/days if you need constant care. If your pet can be left alone during those hours and dropped in on to have midday potty break/walk I can work that into my schedule. I am available Thursday afternoons and all day Friday-Sunday.
