Taking care of a dog is never work - it's a joy! I'm a life-long dog owner/sitter and it would be a pleasure to help you give your dog the best life it can have. I can reinforce training if you're working with your dog on leash skills and commands (and even give you some training tips if you like). If you would like your pup to socialize in a safe and controlled environment, my own dog is a perfect ambassador for that! Even young or nervous pups can learn how to play nice with my healthy and patient doofus, if that is something you would like. He is a 5 year old lab/hound neutered mix named Obi-Wan. With us, your dog can have lots of exercise or lazy cuddles, whatever their speed! Whatever your pup needs, I will provide it in a safe, clean, and loving home. I would love to host your dog! My husband and I both work from home, and I am on a part-time work schedule so we have plenty of time to devote to your pet. I have a fenced in back yard and take the utmost care to keep your dog safe when we're out on walks. With the owner's permission, I can do small play dates in my yard with dogs I know very well or take them to small dog parks, but I generally avoid the large dog parks. If I need to transport a dog in my car, we have a doggy seatbelt to keep them secure.
