Pet care experience
My love for pets started at a young age and I spent most of my teenage years animal/house-sitting for family and friends. I studied Animal Science in college for two years and completed a rotation as a vet-tech during this time as well. I feel comfortable with puppies and senior pets as well as administering medication if needed. I personally have two miniature dachshunds at home who have both had spinal disc issues which provided me the experience to care for a dog with partial paralysis. Through tedious care, both of my dogs fully recovered and maintain full use of their legs.

Nicole was great with my whiny ~10 yo Dachshund mix, who has separation anxiety. She let us stayed a little to make sure our baby is comfortable before leaving, very accommodating! We don’t live in her area, but would totally book her again next time we are in the area and need someone to watch our previous baby. Thank you, Nicole for your care and love to Shadow! Nicole was so great, I'm glad we found her! She sent updates throughout our puppy's stay and even dropped him off for us, it was so convenient. We will be booking her again for sure.
This was our first time leaving our puppy with anyone. Nicole made us comfortable from the beginning. She sent us pictures and updates throughout. Our pup was happy to see us but actually seemed depressed when he brought him home. He clearly had a great time with Nicole and her dogs.
We loved that Nicole sent pics of Harley while we were away! She even went the extra mile to drop Harley off on Sunday at my in-laws since we were not able to get back in time for pick up. Definitely recommend!

We have a small fenced in courtyard that my two doggies love sunbathing and bird watching from. We live in a great neighborhood for short or long walks as well. My dogs (miniature dachshunds) are 9 and 15 and get along with small and large dogs as long as they are friendly too! Your pup is more than welcome to sleep in our bedroom but if you prefer to crate them, we can do that too in one of our guest rooms. My pups enjoy lounging out of the day and my schedule allows lots of that, so if your little one would just enjoy some company we can do that too!

My husband and I just moved to the area so I am currently unemployed for the first time ever! I have a lot of time and love to spend with your pets. Currently I am available to board throughout the day and overnight most weeks and weekends. Stop-in visits and walks are always easy to fit into my open schedule right now as well!
