Home full-time/large fenced yard!

Pet care experience

DROP-OFF/PICK-UP HOURS: Daycare— Mon-Fri 6a-6p Boarding— Mon-Sun 6a-6p **ATTENTION** — Please read our FULL profile for important info. *We are no longer offering MEET&GREETS* — If you would like to book a boarding stay with us, you must book a DAYCARE stay first. If your pup passes their “test day” during their first daycare stay, they will be welcomed back for boarding & more daycare. M&G’s are NOT covered by the Rover Guarantee therefore we would feel better about having guests over during bookings only. All bookings are covered by the Rover Guarantee. *Due to having multiple litters of puppies a year, WE ARE NO LONGER ALLOWING PET PARENTS INTO OUR HOME* *Please wait near your car or at the steps of our porch* Hi ! Nicole & Dave here (: WE WANT TO PLAY WITH YOUR DOGS!! A little bit about us— We have 14 doggos & 2 kitties of our own- 11 huskies & 3 mixes. They are all very friendly/playful so hopefully your pup is too. We love to take our dogs on hikes/walks through the metroparks whenever we get the chance, so we would be willing to add your pup to our adventure pack too as long as they have permission from you. We would be happy to work on basic commands with your puppy/dog during their stay as well, but we are NOT licensed trainers. Our large backyard is fully fenced in(half privacy/half chain link- 5’-6’ tall) and has lots of tall trees to provide shade in the warmer/hot months. One of us is always outside with the dogs to prevent any escapes, fights & the potential ingestion of any foreign objects like sticks or small stones. We have experience working with all types of dogs, but Siberian Huskies are our specialty(we also breed them). One of us is almost always home with the pups—I(Nicole) never leave the house during daycare unless it’s an emergency, if Dave will be home with the pups or if I’m taking our daycare guests on a walk. We do run the occasional errand in the evenings after our daycare guests go home & on the weekends when we don’t have any daycare guests at all. Boarding dogs may be crated during the day for at most 4-5 hours but will still receive appropriate exercise on those days. Our house has easy access to the highway & is about 15 minutes from Cleveland Hopkins Airport. Trial Daycare Stays— For each new client, we require a trial daycare stay to be booked. This ensures everyone is covered by the rover guarantee! Here’s a little bit about how we handle those days— Drop off can be anytime between 6a-12p; once you arrive with your pup(s) I will meet you outside & take them from there. My dogs(& any other guests if any) will be locked up in a different area of the house to allow your pup to get acclimated to our home, once acclimated inside, we will do the same in the backyard. Then, one at a time I will allow my pack to meet yours. This can be a lengthy process so occasionally we do not make our way through the whole pack, however if your pup gets along with a group of them, they will be approved for a future boarding/daycare stay. Once one on one meets are over with, I will slowly add in more of my pack(those that get along well) until everyone is together or until I know we’re at our max limit for furends for your pup as everyone gets overwhelmed with different amounts of furends. I will send photos & updates to let you know how everything is going along the way to help ease your mind. If anything is to arise where I believe it won’t work out, I will need you to be available for pick up on the day of the trial.

Our Pittie Louise absolutely adores staying with Nicole when we can’t be home with her. The play and love she gets when in this doggo-heaven is the best we’ve ever experienced with a Rover, or any other boarder.

Nicole has the perfect setup for our Louise. Plenty of outdoor space with a number of dogs to interact with. She’s always happy and relaxed when she comes home from a stay.

Our Goal— We believe that all pups coming into our care should be treated as if they are our own(with lots of love!). We want your pup to feel like they’re on vacation while you’re away, so we will make sure to spoil them with lots of fun activities(mental/physical stimulation), love, & treats (if allowed). We know not everyone will get along 100% of the time so we do have some safety precautions put into place as well. Crate & Rotate— Occasionally, not all dogs coming into our care will get along with our pack and/or other guests; in these cases, we do what we call the “crate & rotate”. This is where we will figure out who gets along with who best, & set up multiple play groups. Since I can’t be in two places at once, those waiting for their turn to be out in the house or out in the yard will need to be crated as we only leave dogs unattended while they’re in their crate. This is for everyone’s safety! Have no fear, even on days we have to implement this routine, everyone still gets ample human interaction & physical/mental stimulation throughout the day.
