Drop-in Visits!
Pet care experience
My name is Nikki, and I offer drop-in visits in Brier, Mountlake Terrace, Bothell, and Lynnwood. Drop-in visits include potty breaks, feedings if necessary, administration of any medications, playing, and also hanging out with your dog to keep him or her company. I have 17 years of experience with dogs and cats, and have been providing pet care professionally since 2013. I've been a dog owner for years. I adopted my first dog (a long-coated German shepherd pup named Jerry) from the Humane Society when I was 20. I had him for 13 years. Currently I have have a Golden retriever named Ginger and an Australian cattle dog named Cody. I am dedicated to keeping my little dog pack happy and healthy through good food, exercise, training, play, and regular vet visits. I do not believe in heavy-handed training tactics, so I would never hit a dog or use any other sort of violence against one. I use positive reinforcement with my own dogs and with other dogs. If you hire me to watch your own dog, you can expect that I will show him or her the same care and respect that I show my own. In addition to taking care of my own dogs, I have volunteered at the Humane Society. I have also taken care of dogs for friends and neighbors. I am comfortable administering many medications, although I don't have experience with IV meds. Please give me full details on what medications your animal needs, when they are needed, and how to best administer them. I'm used to handling animals who don't want to take their medicine, and have a number of tricks up my sleeve to deal with such problems as they arise. I have an SUV to transport your dog or cat if necessary. Please be aware that I will not work with aggressive dogs or cats. I have worked with dogs of many different breeds and mixes thereof. Here are some breeds I have worked with: German Shepherd Australian Cattle Dog Australian Shepherd Border Collie Pit bull Pug Golden Doodle Labradoodle Labrador Retriever Golden Retriever Rhodesian Ridgeback Rottweiler Texas Heeler Greyhound Pomeranian American Eskimo Dog Husky Klee Kai Irish Wolfhound Dachshund Shiba Inu German Shorthaired Pointer I look forward to hearing from you!
Reviews
Nicole was amazing with our two dogs! Nicole was extremely flexible and understanding when it came to sick day or climate weather cancelations. Nicole gave frequent photo and message updates of our dogs were doing. At times out dogs made a bit of a mess in the house and she would always let us know and clean up the broken pieces. When we got home, we could always tell they had a great drop-in visit. We are so thankful to Nicole!
Thank you for taking care of my old man!
Thank you!!!
Nicole was great! She was conscientious and great with our dogs. I would definitely book her again.

Information Nicole F. would like to know about your pet
I have absolutely no breed preferences. I am actually against breed specific legislation. Many dog breeds are misunderstood because some owners do not properly train and care for their dogs. What I care about is a dog's behavior. As long as your dog is not a danger toward others and is well-behaved, I would be happy to be your dog sitter or walker.
A typical day
Time I'll spend with your dog Oodles of time. Your dog will need to be let out frequently, fed, watered, exercised, and played with. He or she will also need company because you will be sorely missed! Play and exercise are great for reducing separation anxiety. I can do walks, trips to the dog park, and play with toys. I can also send you pics of your dog so you can rest assured that he or she is okay.
