I was so hoping to have a positive experience with Nicole based on her previous experience with Danes and good reviews from others. However I am disappointed with the quality of care I received for her house/pet sitting. Despite TWO visits prior to my scheduled vacation where I discussed her duties and put everything in writing and even offered her bonus money for quality care, she did not complete even the basic tasks we agreed upon. Mail was never picked up, leaving medication in the hot mailbox for 6 days. Dog bowls were so dirty and my 3 pups had no water in their inside bowl. Their outside water bucket had only a few inches of green algae filled water. The yard was never poop scooped and I had to pick up 26 piles when I arrived home after 6 days away. There were crumbs all over my counter and table, and trash left on my kitchen counter. My back door was unlocked when I got home. I could go on, but these things alone are unacceptable. She may be great for just a drop in visit, but I would not recommend her for long term overnight stays.

Nicole was super sweet with the dogs and sent lots of pictures. They were content and not into mischief when I got home. Will definitely use her again!
