To say that we were disappointed, would be the understatement of the year. Nicole told us that she does Rover multiple times a month for a specific woman; my guess, that woman does not have cameras in her house - we do. When we pay for a service (especially for french bulldogs who crave attention) we expect that our dogs will be taken care of, loved and have time spent with them. We have automatic dog feeders, a doggie door and automatic water - attention is literally all she needed to provide. Nicole would arrive to our home at 11pm and leave at 7am...I'm no rocket surgeon but that seems like she came to sleep and leave. When we addressed this issue, the claim was "oh sorry I've been with my father" and then promptly made her way to our home. I am hard pressed to believe that when she's done this before, she's popped in, fed them, and left, zero questions asked. When we came home there was close to 20 piles of poop in our yard - the one area our dogs play in and enjoy. Here comes the best part, we give our dogs flea medicine every month and have never had a problem. Since Nicole stayed here, our dogs have had their first monster case of fleas. Rover was a client of ours a couple years back and I thought the world of the app and those who participated to keep our furry friends happy and loved. I am disappointed, and hurt that this is the treatment our animals received. At some point I'd love for someone to explain how exactly, this is our fault?
