Pet care experience
I have grown up with pets, from everyday dogs and cats to turtles and guinea pigs. When I rescued my two dogs at home, I had an apprenticeship with a local dog trainer to learn how to enforce their training and train dogs on my own, whether they are my own or my friends' and family's.

I have a flexible schedule that allows me to check in on pets up to multiple times throughout the day, and am very familiar with College Station and which sidewalks and areas are safe for walking and running.

I would be very glad to be informed of any behavioral quirks that should be monitored- anything that might make your dog uncomfortable or just things to avoid (children, road noise, squirrels, etc). I can adjust to most all circumstances, but the dog's individual personality and expected behavior is very important.
A typical day
I definitely emphasize the importance of being outside for play. I love to adjust play time to fit the dog's personality, whether it be fetch, tug, training, or just going and checking up on all the popular sniffing places. I especially love Gabbard Park for watching fish and ducks from the bridge.

Availability
I work part time and train daily for the upcoming cross country season. I am up early, in bed late, and am very accustomed to finding time in my day-to-day life to get outside and exercise. I am very happy to have company on daily walks and runs!
