Nicole is the gold standard in dog care. She clearly loves our dogs and has been completely reliable during both periods of dog sitting. Our dogs are old and require medication and special diets and Nicole had no issues or questions. She has been flexible on visits based on the dogs' and owner needs and she sends updates and photos so I don't worry while away. She is a perfect fit for our needs.

Nikki & Nick did a awsome watching our dog odie. We planned a trip being out of town two weeks over the Holidays. Three weeks prior to our departure our family backed out of their commitment to watch our dog.. To further our plight, Odie our 15 year old fixture of our family started having health issues, Clearly our friend could not survive a kennel. We were conisdering having one of us stay home with odie compromising our much needed family time. As an alternative we looked on line for sitters. To our delight we found Nikki on Rover. Being our first time having a sitter come into our home we were hesitent. Nikki quickly put us at ease & the couple quickly bonded with our four legged friend during our intial meet & greet. Once we were on our trip Odie recieved inceadable care. Odie was afforded an abundance of visits each day to meet his geriatric needs & he got treats as well as belly rubs so he did miss his family so much. The couple truly teated odie like they were one of their own. Each day we got several updates that Odie was well cared for putting us at ease. When we returned home, Odie was thriving and we had to step up our game to meet Odies new expectations set by his vacation family. In Sum we could have not ask for better care for Odie. We highly recomed Nikki & Nick wirh a 5 star plus rating. Thank you so much for all that you have done for us.
