Hello, I am a post-college student who attended Adelphi University that can't have any furbabies of my own so I make up for it by caring for everyone else's pets haha. I've been caring for animals for over 8 years including rehabilitating wild animals such as squirrels and birds. I'm experienced with cats, dogs, birds, fish, small mammals, and some reptiles. I have been a pet sitter and dog walker for over 50 families and can provide multiple references if needed. I have watched over 100 cats and dogs! I am also experienced in basic training or potty training as I have trained some dogs before. I can deal with all ages and sizes! I absolutely love animals and am mostly doing this because I don't have any of my own. This is how I get my fill! I'm a friendly, loyal, animal-lover living vicariously through your pet owners ship 😂 Please help me out by letting me help you out! Thank you, and I'm looking forward to hearing from you. (Please note that my rates are completely negotiable! They are just a reference and I am completely willing to talk to you about the best charges!) What a blessing to find Nicole! Upon meeting her, Nicole immediately put us at ease in leaving our 3 cats under her care. Even our aloof cats were comfortable and trusting of her. :) Nicole is very kind and patient, communicates timely and clearly, and addressed each of our cats little quirks when caring for them. As a generally anxious person, I felt comfortable with Nicole being in our home and I felt that I had one less thing to worry about while being away. Nicole is truly the best. I hate to admit it because that means I will lose her to others but she loves her animals unconditionally. My dog, Pixie, a Rottie is in LOVE with Nicole. I cannot even mention her name in the house because Pix runs to the front door and cries and whines for Nicole. When we come home from vacations I can see that Pix is always so content, happy and pooped. Nicole takes amazing care of Pix, walking her, entertaining her and sending us cute pics. Thanks Nicole... We love you!

I have experience in administering topical, oral and injection medication in both dogs and cats. I have provided rehabilitation to wild animals so am experience in injuries and can provide basic first aid to pets.

I don't have any breed preferences but I would like to know if your dog is neutered/spayed and if they are potty trained. It's also helpful to know if they are food possessive, toy possessive, or aggressive with other dogs or people. It won't change my mind or rates or anything, it's just helpful to know, especially when taking your pup out!
A typical day
I usually take long walks around my neighborhood, visiting parks on the way. I love taking dogs to a large field and running around with them, occasionally tossing a ball. If it's okay with you, I can even take your pooch to a dog park. And sometimes when they are extra good, we can pass by Starbucks for a puppachino!

I am currently working part time at a learning center (I tutor math and science as well!) and am only away for 4 hours max. I'm available weekends and weekdays any time as long as I'm not booked. Last minute requests are welcome!
