This is my third time using the Rover services. And always had very good experiences. NOT THIS TIME! Unfortunately, after we agreed in a drop off and pick up times at the reservation, the sitter was not available at the time of the drop off. We had to leave our baby with the sitter’s mother. She evidently was uncomfortable with the situation and asked me to walked my pet before I left. Today for the pick up, I reached out to confirm the time through the message system (within the agreed timeframe). Since I didn’t receive any answer I reached out to the sitters’ mother, who told me they were not available at the time, considering it might be a misunderstanding between them, I asked her to reach out to the sitter (her daughter) to reply as soon as possible. The sitter finally responded and urged me for a fast confirmation. After picking up my pet, I was about to give him a bath since I noticed some dirt on him. Only to notice he was full of ticks! He had a grooming session on Thursday and he was absolutely perfect, and less than 24 hour later he was on the sitter’s house and I receive him in this condition. I have spent an hour bathing him to kill this nasty creatures and $47 on anti tick products. I am beyond disgusted!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITTER.

This weekend I used Rover's service for the first time and had the pleasure of finding Nicole in the list of possible candidates. My experience with her was great. Nicole took great care of Cute. Thank you very much Nicole.
